End of the Two-Year Extension of Post Study Work Rights
From mid-2024, the two-year extension of post-study work rights under subclass 485 will no longer be available. The Australian Government has announced that the two-year extension of post-study work rights for the Subclass 485 visa will end in mid-2024. This decision marks a significant shift for international graduates who were previously able to extend their stay in Australia under the Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485).
